Hyspec is preparing to roll out a company-wide training program in January 2011. “The main objective of this program is to enhance further the quality of services delivered to our customers across Africa, in order to improve the “perceived added value” that our customers have of our products” says Hydraulics Technical Manager Gary Pope, in charge of developing the program. A fabrication and quality procedures manual for the group is currently being drafted to support the training. The training program includes a train the trainer program, where key people at each Hyspec location will be trained to the new procedures and will in turn be responsible for implementing them and for training the rest of the local Hyspec team. Some of the training modules will be open to customers.
